I had a blocked drain from the kitchen and a Man named Tony came round to unblock it. Monday evening external drain blocked, flowing onto patio. Engineer Tony Murrell came. After some initial investigations and testing, together we located the neighbour as the drain access. Then Tony was able to swiftly clear the blockage, which we subsequently, successfully flushed through. All good. Cause was identified as probably due to a relocated drain access point, which resulted in a pipe diameter change, so a place for debris to dwell. Check the rest of the drain, looked in great condition, as we have water softener. Good discussions together throughout. Thank you Drain Surgeons!
